Javier de Castro

Javier leads Harrison Street’ Spanish office, a private equity firm focused on alternative real estate with $65 billion in assets under management. In Spain, they own more than 4,500 student beds and nearly 2,000 homes in development and operation in BTR format.

Javier is responsible for developing and executing the firm’s investment strategy in Southern Europe, in Spain, Portugal, and the recent expansion into Italy, and has more than 12 years of experience in the real estate sector.
